Dhiraj is a 14 year veteran of the IT and software industry and has experience starting many startups, and finding great people to help grow them. Dhiraj keeps things running here at Hiringspace with a mix of entrepreneurial passion and operational excellence. Dhiraj’s interests center around two distinct areas: movies and interior design. After a long day at work he can often be seen re-organizing his interior paint swatch and DVD collection. Dhiraj has coined the phrase "Work until your hair falls out, I did!" And it’s true.

As the Co-Founder of Hiringspace, Sandeep brings with him 14 years of experience in the IT and software industry. When not in the office Sandeep enjoys hiking, racquetball, tennis and squash (the sport). Although Sandeep is passionate about all things technical, his first love is cruising through the Bay Area on his Harley. When at work Sandeep can often be found (of course in lunch time) social networking with other Harley enthusiasts.
